We at NKBC Youth Ministry understand that you are faced with demanding choices and decisions each day. School, work, friendships, parents, dating, drugs & alcohol, sexuality, church and God are just a few. Each of these decisions, no matter how small, will impact your life now and in the future.

Our program includes weekly teen worship services, small group discipleship, and leadership development. It is our hope to see our teens and young adults move forward, equipped and prepared, to immerse Kitsap County teens and young adults in the love of Christ.

Join us as we grow together!

FIRE – All Ages Youth Group

Thursday nights from 6:30 – 8:30

We are all going to give our hearts to something—good or bad—to experience wonder, discovery and passion. FIRE is about helping students discover these three principles in the context of their personal relationship with God in a way that demonstrates their own authentic, growing relationship with Him.

Wonder—I am created to pursue an authentic relationship with my Creator.

Discovery—I belong to Jesus Christ and define who I am by what He says.

Passion—I exist every day to demonstrate God’s love to a broken world.

The XP—Students will be challenged to live out what they are learning in each teaching series an experiential way. The goal is to move from an information-based faith to a relationship with Jesus Christ that is alive and vibrant.

The Home XP-This piece helps a parent and student connect through dialog or shared experiences. The content can either be emailed to parents (let Pastor Duncan know if you would like it emailed), mailed or will be available on the NKBC Youth web site.  So come hang out with us on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 in the youth portable for FIRE. Experience upbeat, contemporary worship. Get challenged to grow in your faith with thought-provoking messages. Go deeper in small group discussion time. Have fun playing games. Get to know God and other teens as we spend time together.

Small Groups

Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:30

We were created by God to be in relationships. When we are in community with others, we understand more about who God is and who we are. If you would like deeper relationships with other teens and an opportunity to grow closer to God then a small group is what you're looking for. Come discover why we are "Better Together." Have fun learning to apply biblical truth to your life, in a fun, comfortable, caring environment.

TREK – Middle School Group – Meets in the Library

ALIVE – Sr. High Girls – Meet in the Upper Portable

REAL – Sr. High Guys – Meet in the front foyer
