55+ is a fellowship ministry for our
retired folk who are interested in both serving and eating. We meet midday
on the fourth Thursday of the month for a pot-luck meal, and for fellowship
and enjoyment. These Young At Heart meetings provide good fellowship and
good entertainment. We also enjoy spiritual programs as well.
We often have the opportunity to enjoy good speakers, such as missionaries,
authors, musicians and even our church youth. The 55+ gang is a serving
group, containing many prayer warriors. In addition, several of the group
are involved in other ministries in the church serving in various ways.
Our monthly get-together gives us an opportunity to have a fun time in
each others' company. Anyone who is retired, would like to be retired, or
even feels they can fit in is welcome to join us for service, fun,
festivities and food. Come and join with us for good fellowship and
spiritual motivation.
